TRAINING UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF SCIENTIST-METHODOLOGIST V. I. TSOI

The phenomenon of globalization has set the problem of mastering “global competences” before teacher and student. Solution of this problem will allow new generation to navigate in an increasingly ambiguous world.

Training seminars under the guidance of Tsoi V.I., a methodologist from Karaganda, are regularly held within the walls of Pavlodar State Pedagogical University. Seminar held as an organizational activity game, during which teachers and students of Pavlodar State Pedagogical University are trying to create an innovative model of our country. In this model, as well as in the model developed by scientists, education plays a key role.

The main postulate in the description of education model proposed by V.I.Tsoi based on the statement “the teacher is responsible for the whole” and the need to move education from “learning paradigm” to “teaching paradigm”.

Scientist offers his own tools for solving this problem.

Much of what he proposed requires critical thinking, but now, to solve the current problems of education, it seems to us possible and necessary to use in practice the method and tools proposed by V.I. Tsoi.
