College of Pavlodar Pedagogical University was opened in 2006. By the decision of the Academic Council (minutes No. 2) dated December 23, 2019, the college was renamed the Musakhan Kanapyanov Higher College of the Pavlodar Pedagogical University.

• The college trains mid-level specialists for the pedagogical industry, who have basic and professional competencies.

The number of teachers is 37 people, including 4 part-time teachers.

14 people have a master's degree, and 3 people continue their studies in the magistracy.

They have a qualification category: the highest qualification category - 11 people, the first qualification category - 3 people, the second qualification category - 3 people.

Teachers regularly attend refresher courses and seminars.

Engineering and pedagogical workers improve their work in the scientific and methodological direction in accordance with changes in the educational process, master and implement modern technologies of education and upbringing, publish articles.

The material and technical base in the college includes: an educational building -1, classrooms for conducting classes - 9, including a computer class-1.

In the process of functioning of a modern college and the implementation of its educational activities, the provision of modern material, technical and information resources is of great importance.

The college has a computer class, which is used to conduct classes in academic disciplines in accordance with the curriculum and to perform independent work of students.

The most important condition for the implementation of the educational process is its educational and methodological support.

The teaching staff of the college develops educational and teaching aids, guidelines, teaching materials, which fully meet the needs of the educational process.

To organize and conduct training sessions, the college uses the material and technical base of the university.
