GLORY TO VETERANS

For the first time this year organized a sport day among the primary organizations of veterans at the city level. It dedicated to the 74th anniversary of the victory in the II World War. 25 teams consisting of 10-12 people took part in the competition. The event was organized by the organization of veterans. Competition were held in several directions: chess, swimming, throwing the ball into the net and team relay at a distance of 50 meters. Sports competition unfolded in "Tolkyn" SC.

1 team presented the veterans of Pavlodar State Pedagogical University, under the guidance of Madina Sharifovna Ibrayeva, chairman of the board of veterans of Pavlodar State Pedagogical University, captain of the team. Tatiana Denisovna Kommandik, the head of the Physical Education Department, acted as a coach, preparing athletes for the competition for a little more than two weeks.

According to the results of the Olympics, the PSPU team took the 3rd place and awarded the physical culture and sports management cup.  In some areas there were owners of honorable first and second places: Porshukov Fedor Ivanovich - 1st place in swimming; Syzdykov Amangazy Aushakhmetovich and Tverdokhlebova Lyudmila Vasilyevna - 2nd place in throwing the ball into the net; Shapkenova Zhumabike, Dandybaeva Kadisha, Shmygun Nikolay - 2nd place in the relay; Avazbakiev Rivkhat Anatolyevich and Shomanova Zhanat Kayrollinovna - certificates in chess.

Participants also played various games, that is why pleasant, free atmosphere was created on the competition. Council of Veterans of PSPU expresses gratitude to the Vice-Rector for educational work and social issues Maksat Seytkenovich Nygmanov and the head of the department for educational work Madina Ahmetzhanovna Gabdullina for the creation of such an amazing atmosphere during the games.
