METHODOLOGICAL SEMINAR: INNOVATIONS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION

On January 30, 2026, a methodological seminar on "Using Artificial Intelligence Tools to Teach English" was held at the educational programs 6B01730 "Foreign Language: Two foreign languages", 6B01731 "English Language and Literature, Media Didactics" and 7M01732 "English Language and Media  Didactics".

The key speaker was Dinara Iskakova, a part-time teacher of the educational program "Foreign Language: two foreign languages", a practical teacher at the School Gymnasium No. 3 for Gifted Children in Pavlodar.

Key aspects of the workshop:

During the event, advanced techniques for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the English language teaching process were presented. Special attention was paid to:

- Optimizing the preparation of educational materials using AI;

 - Digital tools for assessing students' language competencies;

 - Methodological approaches to the use of neural networks in school and university programs.

Dinara Serikovna demonstrated VR glasses and the possibility of using them in English lessons as a method of immersion in virtual reality.

Professional interaction.

The seminar became a dialogue platform for the exchange of experience between representatives of various levels of the education system. The work was attended by:

The practice-oriented nature of the seminar allowed the participants to consider in detail cases on the implementation of digital solutions in the modern educational process, contributing to professional development and strengthening ties between schools and universities.
