Scientific Library named after E. Bekmakhanov organized a round table on the theme “Younger generation as a social value”.

Scientists of PSPU took part in the meeting of round table: Komarov Oleg Evgenievich - Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Zhamuldinov Viktor Nikolaevich - PhD in Law of Department of "Social and Humanitarian Disciplines", Sergazina Zhumabike Zhanybekovna - Master of Pedagogy, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Primary Education and students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, teachers. Participants focused on the following important topics: life orientations, spiritual values of young people, continuity of national culture, youth policy issues, as well as the patriotic education of the younger generation. During the round table, Niyazova Marina from BB-42 group conducted a study "Student through the eyes of a student." The purpose of the study is to examine the value orientations of young people and to identify factors influencing the content of youth culture. Also sociological survey was conducted among PSPU students on the basis of our study, the survey results show that today's young people values consist of responsiveness, kindness, intelligence, as well as health, family, education, and material well-being.

In addition, participants of round table talked about the need for a decent education, about the development of science and at the same time to work conscientiously. Participants of the round table came to the unanimous opinion that only thanks to the joint efforts of young people, public and state organizations, it is possible not only to solve existing problems, but also to achieve a positive results.
