The FUTURE OF GIFTED AND TALENTED CHILDREN OF KAZAKHSTAN BEGINS WITH A TEACHER!

At Margulan University, as part of the implementation of the scientific project of program-oriented financing for 2025-2027. “Creation of a comprehensive scientific and innovative system of teacher training for the development of gifted children of Kazakhstan" (No. BR28712263), the discipline "Pedagogical technologies for the development of gifted and talented schoolchildren" was introduced in a pilot mode.

         Тhe discipline is implemented in educational programs: "6B01550 "Biology", 6B01540 "Chemistry", 6B01520 "Physics", 6B01510 "Mathematics", 6B01530 "Computer Science", 6B01610 "History", 6B01110 "Pedagogy and Psychology".

         Members of the scientific project, teachers of higher schools of pedagogy and natural sciences conduct the classes: Professor Satybaldina B.A., associate Professor Zhanatova G.A., assistant professor Alibayeva Zh.E., Professor Asainova A.Zh., senior lecturer Yeltinova R.A. and doctoral student Asambaev A.A.

         The discipline is aimed at forming the readiness of future teachers to identify, diagnose, develop and accompany gifted and talented schoolchildren using modern pedagogical, digital and psychological-pedagogical technologies.

         During the training process, future teachers will master the design of individual educational routes, developing digital content, assignments and modern forms of assessment, as well as learn how to use AI, digital platforms and an interdisciplinary approach to unlock the potential of each child in inclusive education.

         Special attention is paid to ensuring that the future teacher does not just transfer knowledge, but is able to see the potential of each child, create conditions for its disclosure and support an individual development trajectory.

         The future of talented children in Kazakhstan begins with a teacher who knows how to see the possibilities of every child.
