The first student initiation

At the beginning of new academic year, students face the task to adapt first-year students to student life. Student initiation, it’s official and non- official parts - is a great opportunity to introduce newcomers to university customs, introduce them to each other and undergraduates.

Non- official part of initiation took place in front of the building of the Students' House №2.

The program was rich and interesting: activists’ performing, dances, prepared students' songs, entertaining contests and KVN. All this took place in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere for the dance of the youth.

The event was organized by the starostas of student hostel, active members of  students’ collegium. Ceremony of initiation become a traditional rite: the first-year students is doused with water, paste, ketchup, mayonnaise and so on.

After the event, the newly-fledged students were waiting for a festive disco. The official part of the event will be held on October 11-12.
