Speaking Club

On March 1, 2022, the second meeting of the Speaking Club was held on the basis of the EP “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages”. English speaking clubs are aimed at developing speaking skills and overcoming the language barrier. To the second meeting of the speaking club, the chairman of the club, a student of the group FE-12 Toktarova Aida, invited a native speaker, a Fullbright program participant, English teacher Matthew Linz. Matthew held an exciting Travel Game quiz, which allowed the participants to show their erudition and knowledge about the world.

PPU students welcomed Matthew with joy. After the quiz, they had a chance to ask questions about language learning, Matthew's experiences and interesting facts about life in America.

At the end of the meeting, Aliya Saduovna, head of the educational program “Foreign language: two foreign languages”, on behalf of the teaching staff of the educational program and PPU, presented Matthew with memorable souvenirs.

As Matthew shared, he really liked the PPU students. “They are very friendly and hospitable, I will gladly come here again!” Matthew noted.
