SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM

On 21st of February, an open meeting of the club “Sanaly Urpak” took place in the Pavlodar State Pedagogical University, which directed to raising patriotic and competitive youth, aimed to live in Kazakhstan, free from corruption. Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Pavlodar Region, Zhakhin Nurlan Serikovich, and Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of PSU named after Sultanmakhmut Toraigyrov Yerzhanov Nurlan Telmanovich visited event as guests.

The first speaker of the meeting, vice-rector for educational work Nygmanov Maksat Seytkenovich in his welcoming speech noted that the university held various activities in the framework of the implementation of strategy against corruption for 2020-2025, and urged students to be honest, open and be a good example to others. This event can be considered as the official opening of the student club "Sanaly Urpak", which activities are aimed at preventing corrupt practices and close cooperation with the Department of ARKCSAAC. Yerkebulan Kuntugan introduced the anti-corruption activities of PSPU to the guests. In his speech, he attached particular importance to the “ADAL SHOP” store functioning at the university, and opening of which was aimed at developing such student’s qualities as honesty, responsibility, openness. The main part of the event was the signing of a trilateral memorandum between Pavlodar State Pedagogical University, Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov and the Department of ARKCSAAC of Pavlodar region.
