 Improving the welfare of  people of Kazakhstan is a key vector of development of the country

The annual Message of the President of the country to the people of Kazakhstan is an important event for any citizen of the republic. Everyone finds in it the main direction for themselves. This year's message is devoted to topical issues of socio-economic development of the country and the tasks to further improve the welfare of Kazakhstan. This program consists of concrete practical matters, of course, applies to all Kazakhstanis, and, above all, to us, the teachers - the advanced part of the intelligentsia.

Today's address of the Leader of the Nation has stirred up the whole pedagogical community. For the first time in the history of our country, the Law “On the status of a teacher” will be adopted. This is a truly historical event on which the well-being of each teacher depends. Taking into consideration all technical innovations of educational system, the identity of the teacher is a key element of the educational process. This imposes enormous responsibility, because teacher must provide high level of education that will meet requirements and realities of time and needs of modern economy.

Our President placed great emphasis on a new quality of education. And we, teachers, absolutely support the policy of the President. Our education must change globally in order to meet world standards and raise a new modern generation that will achieve concrete goals and take Kazakhstan to a new level. In modern conditions, the education system, including higher education, should not act on old patterns. In the new address, the Leader of the Nation specifically indicated the goals of education for the near future, focusing teachers on achieving higher levels in the provision of educational services.

Of course, the annual President’s Address to the people of Kazakhstan determines the rhythm, the direction in which our state will develop in the coming years. We clearly see that the path chosen by our Leader is correct and focused. A lot depends on us, teachers, in this rapidly changing world. We understand that it is necessary to work efficiently in order to improve well-being of every family, every Kazakhstani.

 All of us are witnesses of the development and formation of Kazakhstan, in more than twenty-five years, Kazakhstan has gained true independence and is not turning away from a clearly defined course aimed at strengthening and prospering the state. At the same time, the main direction of state policy has always been the support of young people, the future of our country, the creation of conditions for them to receive education, housing and employment. The President has repeatedly spoken about these changes, and now his words have found practical implementation.

 The Message of the Head of State defines new ways and opportunities to overcome global challenges. The maximum concentration on the achievement of specified goals will be able to significantly increase the standard of living of the people and bring the country to a new stage of development. And we have no doubt that under the leadership of our President all the priority tasks of the development of the country for the coming years will be successfully implemented.
