For three years, "Uly Dala" ethno festival has been held on Pavlodar land. This year such event covered representatives from different countries. The Great Steppe festival was held in the floodplain of the Irtysh River and gathered guests not only from Kazakhstan, but also from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Russia and China. In the first days of August, thousands of guests arrived in a bright, distinctive ethnoaul, which located in a historically significant area for the indigenous population, near the Leninskiy village.

Each yurt was characterized by a particular area of the Pavlodar region. Yurts of enterprises and educational institutions of Irtysh land were represented there.

Akim of Pavlodar region Bolat Bakauov took part in "Uly Dala" ethno festival. Head of the region congratulated all people with such a big and important holiday from the stage.

The weather was completely favorable to the organizers and participants of the festival. National theatrical performances left vivid impressions.

There were performances of paratroopers, flying balloons were launched into the sky on a place of a holiday.

Ethnoaul was decorated by the works of artisans of Pavlodar region. Musical instruments, all kinds of products of Turkic masters were presented at the fair.

The ethno-festival took place on the territory of Pavlodar region for three days. Conferences, performances, theatrical staging were held in the framework of this global event.
