The scientific-practical conference that took place within the framework of "Uly Dala"  ethno festival gathered real patriots residing in the territory of Pavlodar region. Historically, the jubilee of the region coincided with the anniversary dates of the outstanding poets and enlighteners of Pavlodar Irtysh Land. Bukhar Zhyrau, Musa Shormanov, Mashkhur Zhussup Kopeyev, Yestay Berkimbayev and Sultanmakhmut Toraigyrov were born in different times, but they are united by their small homeland. Special conference devoted to these outstanding people took place in Pavlodar. Pavlodar State Pedagogical University hosted a meeting in honor of the memory of Musa Shormanov. The leadership of the university also laid flowers to this politician who made a great contribution to the so-called "Bayanaul phenomenon", who brought up a constellation of scientists, educators, poets and thinkers.
