MEETING IN THE FORMAT OF UN

On 17th of February an event in the format of United Nations model was held in our university, It was organized by the debate club "Akikat" and attended by 105 delegates, not counting our university. During the event, 4 committees discussed 4 important issues.

1. “UNESKO” - Eliminating the digital barrier between developed and developing countries.

2. «UNISEF» - Protection of the rights of children during armed conflict

3. “HUMAN RIGHTS” - Protecting the rights of migrants

4. “GENERAL ASSEMBLY "- Change of power in the countries

At the end of the event, all delegates were awarded certificates, and the jury, evaluating the work of delegates, received special certificates. Winners were selected from each committee in three nominations: “Best Essay”, “Best Comment”, “Best Delegate”. 

We express our deep gratitude to the students of PSU, KTK, Nazarbayev Intellectual School, College of Zhaiau Musa for their active participation in the conference. We also thank the “LOTOS VOLUNTERS” and “Serpіn іskerleri” organizations for their assistance in holding this event.
