"ENACTUS KAZAKHSTAN TOP FUTURE TOP LEADERSHIP FORUM" BUSSINESS FORUM

In the period from November 22 to 24, Almaty hosted the annual business forum "Enactus Kazakhstan Top Future Top Leadership Forum". The event presented projects, the exchange of experience with students from different cities.

On the first day of the forum, we visited Turan University, where we learned a lot about its history. There were exercises for team advisors, captains, vice captains and project managers.

Trainings for first-year students of Enactus were very interesting. We shared information about projects and team spirit. We expanded our knowledge of leadership, got acquainted with new aspects of leadership. What should be the main qualities of a leader? The training has discovered a lot of new things. We were able to find answers to many questions that we were interested in: What is leadership? What are the main habits of a leader? Teams and work progress. Also talked about six main areas of leadership.

After that, the captain of the team Enactus Dulaty shared his experience. He advised novice teams, spoke about the experience of leadership and the main points of the project development. It was about the basic rules of anactus. Communication with successful leaders gave a great lazat. We came to the conclusion that, taking advantage of the entrepreneurial knowledge gained in the implementation of our projects, we learned lessons with mistakes made by other teams that we would not allow these shortcomings to be used in our work.

At the end, the PR-manager of Enactus Kazakhstan made a speech. Along with the achievements, we were informed about the national and world cups. Every year in San Jose told about the championships that are held in the city of San Jose.

The next day we met with representatives of the company "Enactus Kazakhstan" and met with members of various teams in the cities of Astana, Taraz, Semey, Karaganda, Almaty, Aktau.

After the presentation of the Business Projects, the Enactus Kazakhstan forum was inaugurated. At the opening ceremony, a parade of teams for the National Student Entrepreneurship Cup took place. All Enactus teams submitted their slogans.

Then we met with businessmen, important personalities of the Enaktus, and with the president of Enactus Kazakhstan, Albina Meirbekova, received inspiration and motivation for the advancement of our team. On February 14, 2013, the undergraduates went to the Borodulikha seed laboratory. In her speech, Albina Meirbekova was very happy that in six months our team grew and saw the results. This forum opened the way for us to conquer new peaks. Most importantly, in the future we are planning to meet with the President of Anactus.
