DAY OF DEPARTMENT

In the period from January 9 to January 14, 2019 in Scientific Library named after E. Bekmakhanov was organized the “Day of Department” for the teaching staff of faculties of PSPU. The purpose of the event is interaction of the library with the faculty of university, promotion of library resources and services. Within the framework of this event, an exhibition-viewing of new books, periodicals, electronic media on educational disciplines of departments was organized. 

Reviews, consultations on information capabilities of the library and remote access databases were prepared, information on the book availability of the department’s disciplines was provided. 935 titles of books and periodicals were presented at the exhibition. University professors were interested in resources and services of the library. Particularly activity in the "Day of the department" was shown by teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
