ARCHEOLOGIST TIMUR SMAGULOV's OPEN LECTURE

Nowadays articles of the President of Kazakhstan on the topic “Bolashakka Bagdar: Rukhani Zhangyru” and “Uly dalanyn zhety kyry” are actively discussed and implemented on the territory of the whole country. Within the framework of these articles, many different projects are implemented on the cognition of history and culture, studying the spiritual world. A number of different projects are also being implemented in the regions, and active work is being carried out in various areas. One of such projects is the archaeological center “Margulan centre”, opened on the basis of the Pavlodar State Pedagogical University. This center is engaged in the search for various historically important objects by conducting archaeological excavations on the Irtysh land. These findings are evidence of our long history. People should know about it as much as possible. After all, it is an integral part of our culture, culture of our ancestors. In this regard, the head of the center, a scientist archaeologist Timur Smagulov held a public lecture for students of schools.

During the lecture, students had an opportunity to touch the exhibits, found during archaeological excavations. Among the exhibits are women's jewelry, household items of people who lived on our land 2.5 - 3 thousand years ago. In addition, Timur Smagulov spoke about archeology in general, and the historical places of our region.
