What you need to know about ЕНТ

Unified National Testing (UNT) is one of the forms of selection examinations for the admission to organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education

UNT is held for:

  • students of the final 11 (12) classes of secondary education organizations for enrollment to the university on a paid basis at will;
  • graduates of the secondary education organization of the current year for participating in the competition for educational grant award at the expense of republican budget or local budget or for admission to the university on a paid basis at will;
  • graduates of the secondary education organizations of the previous years, of technical and vocational or post-secondary education for participating in the competition for educational grant awards at the expense of republican budget or local budget or for admission to the university on a paid basis at will;
  • graduates of technical and vocational or post-secondary education enrolling to educational programs of higher education who consider short term periods of education to participate in the competition for educational grant awards at the expense of republican budget or local budget, if desired;
  • graduates of the secondary education organizations who have studied under international student exchange programs, as well as persons of Kazakh nationality who are not the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have graduated from educational organizations abroad to participate in the competition for educational grant awards at the expense of republican budget or local budget or for admission to the university on a paid basis at will;
  • persons enrolled to the universities on a full-time on a paid basis, who didn’t score threshold scores according to the results of UNT, with UNT results with inappropriate combinations of specialized subjects, with canceled UNT results for further enrollment in the university on a paid basis in the calendar year;
  • students of universities in a group of educational programs, requiring creative training and willing to transfer to other groups of educational programs.

The cost of payment for testing - 2242 tenge.

Payment for participation in the Unified National Testing is made at the time of submitting an online application using a bank card or through the app Kaspi.kz.

UNT format: 5 subjects (3 mandatory + 2 specialized).

Total amount of test tasks – 120

Total test time: 4 hours (240 minutes).
