Scientific activity
The modern educational program is not only high educational standards, an updated educational trajectory, advanced teaching methods and technologies, but also a powerful research base that is successfully integrated into the educational process. The educational program "Pedagogy of preschool education and training" meets the specified requirements.
The research base of the educational program "Pedagogy of preschool education and training" has a traditional research infrastructure, including the accumulated research fund of works and works of leading scientists and an established system of research and cooperation.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor A. S. Zhumasheva acted as a lecturer on virtual mobility for students of Kainar University (Almaty).
The main direction of the research activity of the Department of Preschool and primary Education is the general scientific theme of the university "Pedagogical approaches, methods, technologies of the organization of the educational process in primary school in the context of the actualized content of education". Every year, each teacher publishes at least 2 articles in the materials of conferences of various levels in Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany and Turkey.
In 2017, Doctor of Philology, Professor A.S. Zhumasheva was a co-author of the textbook of the Russian language for the 3rd grade of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
Special attention is paid to the professional development of teaching staff. In 2013 Aspanova G.R. Entered the doctoral program of KazNPU in the specialty "Pedagogy and methodology of primary education". In accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Committee "On awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)" dated May 16, 2018, No. 767 was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the direction 6D010200 – "Pedagogy and Methodology of primary education".
In 2017, senior lecturer Sergazina Zh.Zh. Graduated from AltSPA (Barnaul, Russian Federation) in the form of research in the specialty 13.00.01 - "General pedagogy, pedagogy and history of education".
In 2018, the teacher Kalimova A.D. Entered the doctoral program of the E. Buketov KarSU in the specialty "Pedagogy and methods of primary education".

In addition to participating in student scientific circles, students of the specialty actively participate in international and national competitions.
In 2019, in the Republican Student Olympiad on "Preschool education and upbringing" in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Tattish Sh., Lesbek D., Azbebayeva A., Temirzhanova G.K. Under the guidance of the Master of Pedagogical Sciences, students won 3 team places.
2021-2022 academic year in the Republican Olympiad in the direction 6B01201 "Preschool education and upbringing", Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I.Altynsarin (DOiV-21 and DOiV-31 team : Abilashimova Aizhan, Musilim Aruzhan, Abdikadyr Bakytgul, Yertuganova Farida).
Also, under the leadership of T.N. Fomina, the student scientific circle "Bolashaq" functions. In which students of 1-3 courses participate.
In addition, we provide constant scientific and methodological support and practice-oriented interaction with preschool educational organizations in Pavlodar.
Also in 2022, as part of academic mobility, senior lecturer A.D.Mukhametzhanova of SSU was invited. Shakarima.
In the same year, a foreign scientist visited our academic mobility educational program. from the Turkish University of Gaziosmanpasha Hussein Mertol Omer. Scientists conducted seminars for students, exchanged experience with teachers.





On June 27, 2022, a memorandum was signed with the educational program "Pedagogy of preschool and learning" of the Higher School of Pedagogy of the NAO "Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after Alkey Margulan" with the republican state institution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Institute of Early Development of Children" in Astana. In the course of this memorandum, a plan of joint activities was drawn up. In February 2023, undergraduates of the 2nd year of OP 7M01211-"Pedagogy of preschool education and training" under the guidance of R.H. Koshkimbayeva passed a scientific and pedagogical internship at this institute.
Under the guidance of Adamova Manar Elekenova, Director of the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, recommendations were given on the topic of the master's thesis related to the updated system of preschool education.


Akmaral Yessimkhanovna, the methodologist of the State Committee for the Nursery School No. 95 "Almaty" in Astana, familiarized with the practice of kindergarten teachers, with educators and groups who participated in the pilot project to implement the updated content of education and training of preschoolers. In turn, we shared our accumulated professional experience in the training of teachers-educators of the new formation.




On February 15, 2024, a round table discussion was held on the topic “Innovative Technologies in Preschool Education” within the discipline “Innovative Technologies in Teaching and Educating Preschool Children.” The event was attended by the methodologist of Nursery School No. 27 of the Education Department of Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region, Kabdykarimova A.B., lecturers Bekisheva A.A., Temirzhanova A.Zh., and students (40 participants).
On April 8, 2024, a scientific and methodological seminar was conducted under the supervision of Fomina T.N. on the topic “Creative Development of Preschool Children through Natural Materials as a Child’s Potential.” The seminar was attended by students, master’s students, and faculty members (30 participants).In the 2025 academic year, within the framework of the educational program "Pedagogy of Preschool Education and Training" (PSET), systematic scientific and methodological work was carried out aimed at developing the professional competencies of teachers, students, and graduate students, as well as strengthening collaboration with preschool educational institutions in the region.
One of the priority areas of activity was scientific seminars implemented as part of the "Pedagogical Volunteering" project. On January 29, 2025, a scientific seminar was held for educators of preschool institutions №7, №9, №10, №11, №12, №30, №33, №35, №38, №46, №50, №85, №96, №120, and №122 of Pavlodar city. The seminar was led by Fomina T.N., Lecturer-Researcher, PhD; Koshkimbayeva R.Kh., Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer; Baizhunusova G.K., Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Lecturer; and Bekisheva A.A., Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Lecturer. During the seminar, current issues of early childhood development, as well as family-related challenges, were considered in the context of modern research and pedagogical practice.
On February 6, 2025, a scientific contest titled "Best Thesis" was organized for students and graduate students of the Higher School of Pedagogy under the guidance of Bakhralinova A.Zh., Candidate of Philological Sciences, PhD, Associate Professor. The contest was aimed at developing the research activity of students and forming skills in scientific writing.
On February 18, 2025, a scientific seminar on "National Values in the System of Education and Upbringing" was conducted under the guidance of Fomina T.N., Lecturer-Researcher, PhD, at the Aksu Higher Multiprofile College named after Zhayau Musa. The seminar addressed the issue of creative development of early-age preschool children through the realization of the child’s natural potential.
On March 11, 2025, within the framework of the "Pedagogical Volunteering" project, another scientific seminar was held for educators of preschool institutions in Pavlodar city. The seminar was led by Bakhralinova A.Zh., Candidate of Philological Sciences, PhD, Associate Professor, and Temirzhanova A.Zh., Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Lecturer. Special attention was given to the organization of effective interaction between educators and parents.
On April 24, 2025, a methodological seminar on "Developing Professional Skills of Preschool Education Teachers" was conducted with the participation of representatives of the Pavlodar Regional Department of Education, educators of KGCPE "Chaika" Nursery-Kindergarten in Aksu, and KGCPE "Nursery-Kindergarten №30" in Pavlodar. The seminar covered the topic "National Values – the Core of Personality Education." The seminar was led by Lecturer Berdybekova Zh.M.
