This material has been prepared to analyze the employment of bachelor's and master's graduates in Preschool Education and Teaching.

The analysis is based on the university's monitoring of graduate employment and completion of mandatory service requirements across the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the city of Pavlodar.

Employment of bachelor's and master's graduates educated under the state educational order in the 2025–2026 academic year.

The monitoring results show that all graduates are employed, giving an employment rate of 100%. All graduates work in the teaching profession for which they were trained, mainly in preschool education organizations in the city of Pavlodar, the Pavlodar Region, and Astana.

 

 

The monitoring results show that:

• the 2024 graduates have begun working and are fulfilling their mandatory service obligations;
• the 2025 graduates are employed, while three bachelor's graduates have been legally exempted from mandatory service;
• the 2026 graduates have begun working and are fulfilling their mandatory service obligations;
• no cases of failure to fulfil mandatory service obligations have been identified.

 

In the 2025–2026 academic year, the employment rate for graduates in Preschool Education and Teaching is 100%.

The training of specialists fully meets the staffing needs of the region's preschool education system.
