Employment of Graduates

Educational Program “Pedagogy of Preschool Education and Training”

This material has been prepared for the purpose of analyzing the employment of graduates of the educational program “Pedagogy of Preschool Education and Training” (bachelor’s and master’s degree levels).

The analysis is based on the results of monitoring graduate employment and compulsory service conducted by the university across the Republic of Kazakhstan, specifically in the city of Pavlodar.

Employment of bachelor’s and master’s degree graduates under the state educational grant for the 2024–2025 academic year.

According to the results of monitoring, all graduates are employed, and the employment rate is 100%. All graduates are engaged in professional activities in their obtained pedagogical specialty, primarily working in preschool education institutions in the city of Pavlodar and Pavlodar region.

The monitoring results showed that:

• Graduates of 2024 have started their professional activities and are fulfilling their obligations for mandatory service;
• Graduates of 2025 are employed, with 3 bachelor’s degree graduates being legally exempted from mandatory service;
• No cases of non-fulfillment of mandatory service obligations were identified.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, the employment rate of graduates in the specialty “Pedagogy of Preschool Education and Training” is 100%.

The training of specialists fully meets the staffing needs of the regional preschool education system.
