Scientific activity

The teaching staff of the educational programs "Physical Culture and Sports", "Initial military training and physical culture" actively conducts research work.

- in 2020, the faculty held an international scientific and practical conference "Pedagogical professionalism in education, physical education and sports" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professor of PSPU, Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Coach of the Kazakh SSR in athletics, Honorary Citizen of Pavlodar region Kolev Viktor Tikhonovich;

- under the guidance of the teaching staff of the educational program, more than 20 master's theses have been prepared and defended.

- every year teachers, undergraduates and students participate in national and international scientific and practical conferences.

The student scientific circle "Sport and Health" functions on the educational program "Physical Culture and Sports". The circle consists mainly of senior students, with the involvement of 1-2 year students.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, 25 people are engaged in applied research in the circle. Students conduct scientific research related to the subject of theses and in the areas of the educational program. According to the results of the research, there are publications in the materials of scientific conferences and scientific journals.

Students of the educational program take part in national and international competitions of scientific projects.

So, the student Sapeshko O. in 2019 took the second place in the republican competition of student scientific papers. In 2021 Tusupov D. and in 2022 Parfenov D. they became winners of the international competition of scientific projects in Biysk (Russia), in the same place in 2021 Mamashev E. he became a bronze medalist.
