• 01.09.2022- 26.08.2024 Professor, Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Culture and Sports Training, Karaganda Research University named after academician E.A. Buketov.
• 25.09.2024- 31.08.2026 Head of educational programs "Physical culture and sports," "Primary military training and physical culture" of Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after Alkey Margulan.
• July 1, 2005 successfully defended his thesis on the topic: "Pedagogical conditions for using the heritage of Kazhymukan Munaitpasovich in the process of raising adolescents" and awarded the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13 00 01 - General pedagogy, pedagogy and history of education, ethnopedagogy. (Decision of the CPPK of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2006, protocol No. 11).
• By decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education and Higher Education, the academic title of Associate Professor of Pedagogical Sciences was awarded (protocol No. 1 of January 26, 2009).

 

• Ø Holder of the badge "For merits in the development of physical culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan," 2020
• Ø Holder of the title "Best University Teacher of 2013" in February 2014.
