Scientific activity

     The key task of the EP "Fundamentals of Law and Economics","Entrepreneurship in Education" is to ensure the quality of training for future teachers. The guarantee of sustainable quality is the participation of the educational program in the ratings.                                                                                                                                                                    

The educational program is formed on a modular basis based on a competence-based approach, taking into account the requirements of employers. The educational program includes modern disciplines that reflect the specifics of future professional activities and aimed at deepening general professional and special-subject competencies.                                                                                                                                    

In National ratings in the context of specialties in IQAA, the OP "Fundamentals of Law and Economics" takes 1st place, according to IAAR - 2nd place.

 

For the disclosure of the professional and personal potential of students, their self-awareness, creative abilities, conditions have been created for self-realization and self-affirmation, selection and support of the most talented and gifted students, stimulation of educational, cognitive and research activities of students.

At the IX Republican student subject Olympiad at the Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurova, 3rd year students of the EP "Fundamentals of Law and Economics" Dauletiyar Armanay, Daiyr Suyindik and Temirbaev Azamat took part in the creative competition of future teachers of the basics of law and economics. According to the program of the Olympiad, the students in the first round completed the written work of the essay. Two directions were given - legal and economic. In the second round, they defended the project on the topic: "Social and pedagogical foundations of protecting the rights of the child", in the third round - "Erudite" - testing students in the disciplines of the compulsory component of the State Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (higher education): Theory of State and Law, Economic Theory, Pedagogy. Due to the fact that the Olympiad was organized and conducted by the Faculty of Law of ZhSU im. I. Zhansugurov, then most of the assignments had a legal direction, however, the students showed excellent knowledge, showed their fighting qualities, successfully coped with the assignments, showed all their knowledge and skills, a good level of professional competence, which led the team to victory - they took the 2nd team place among 12 teams of nine universities (universities) of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The team of students was awarded a diploma, a valuable gift (tablet), and each of them was given a certificate of participation in the Olympiad, the team leader was given a letter of thanks. A letter of thanks has been sent to the name of the rector of PSPI A. Nukhuly. I formed a team and trained a doctor of legal sciences, head of the EP Iksatova S.T.

 

 Associate Professor, Ph.D. Khamitova D.M. accepted in the work of the jury on the subject "Economics" of the IV School scientific-practical conference "Step into the future", which was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology in Pavlodar.

       3rd year students of the EP "Fundamentals of Law and Economics" were trained on academic mobility: Rakhmetulla Asset (Shymkent, South Kazakhstan Pedagogical Institute), Zhaksylykova A. and Userova U. (Taraz, TarSPI).  A student of the OPE-31 group Zhienbai Aidana on academic mobility studied in Lithuania (Vytautas University) in the 1st semester.Within the framework of the national program of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences "Golden Fund of National Science", Doctor of Laws Iksatova Saule Telutemirovna was awarded the Gold Medal for innovative work in the field of higher education. She was also awarded the title "Honored Worker of Science and Education" and was awarded a medal.                                                                                                  At the VI International scientific and practical competition "The best scientific article 2017" in Penza, Doctor of Law Iksatova S.T. Awarded a 3rd degree Diploma in the section "Legal Sciences" for the article "Prevention of crimes against public morality." She was awarded a certificate of participation and a collection of the best scientific articles. Doctor of Legal Sciences Iksatova S.T. took part in the International competition "The best university publication in the field of law enforcement" with the textbook "Criminal Law", received a certificate

Professor A.S. Akhmetov - Laureate of the Prize of the Foundation of the First President - Leader of the Nation in the field of science and technology in social and humanitarian sciences (2017), awarded a medal, as well as a diploma (2nd place) in the regional competition "The best young scientist for publications of articles with an impact factor".

Professor Akhmetov A.S., Associate Professor Zhamuldinov V.N. and senior lecturer Durmanov T.S. took part in the online seminar "Formation of general rejection of corruption in the higher education system" with the participation of the regions of Kazakhstan. At the seminar, the participants exchanged views on the issues of reports on the topics "Anti-corruption education in the higher education system" and "Academic honesty - the basis for the formation of anti-corruption culture."

On May 29, 2017 at 10.00 on the G-global platform, an online conference "Topical issues of teaching social disciplines" was held, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The organizers and participants of the online conference are the composition of the OP "Fundamentals of Law and Economics" of the Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute and the Department of "Art" of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. The online conference was attended by: Ph.D, associate professor Alpysbay N.A. (moderator), Ph.D., professor Komarov O.E., Ph.D., associate professor Zhamuldinov V.N., Ph.D, associate professor Akhmetov A.S., Ph.D. ., associate professor Khamitova D.M., student of the OPE-21 group Zholan Aigerim, as well as the teaching staff of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute and representatives of the young generation of scientists: doctoral students, undergraduates and senior students. The main goal of the online conference is to discuss topical issues of teaching social disciplines using innovative pedagogical technologies in the context of the development of Kazakhstani science.

March 3, 2017 Doctor of Law Iksatova S.T. on the basis of the Maikain secondary school №1,2 held a meeting with the graduates of the secondary school №1,2 and the Shoptykol secondary school. School graduates were familiarized with the specialties of PSPI, the living conditions created for students, about preparatory courses for admission to the university. At the meeting, graduate students received answers to their questions. The class teachers of the schools thanked the teachers for the interesting information, which is now especially relevant for graduate students.
