General information about the CYS

In the 2017-2018 academic year, the Council of Young Scientists includes 9 people. Chairperson is Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines Alpysbai Nurbolat Alpysbaevich, Deputy Chairperson – lecturer Asanbaev Yeldana Bakytovna and secretary – lecturer Belibigaeva Perizat Nuridenovna. 

The Council of Young Scientists functions under the Department of Science of the PSPU is a permanent collegial advisory body and represents a youth meeting of plenipotentiary representatives of the PSPU faculties, which defends the interests of young scientists and specialists of the PSPU. 

Young scientists are recognized as lecturers, scientists, (up to 35 years old) engaged in scientific activities. 

The Council carries out expert and advisory functions on the issues of the scientific and educational sphere and represents the positions and interests of young PSPU scientists. 

In its work, the laws “On Science”, “On Education”, “On Public Associations”, other legislative and regulatory acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative documents and the University Charter, and the Regulations of the SMU, guide the Council. 

The Council of Young Scientists also participates in sports events of the PSPU, the football team “CYS” is formed, the captain of the team is a member of CYS Akhmetov Arman Serikovich.
