The activities of the EP "social pedagogy and pedagogical support in education" for the employment of graduates are carried out in accordance with the work plan for employment approved by the Career Center.

NAO" Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after A. Margulan " in order to study the current situation on the labor market and the management of the EP monitors the external environment of the University's activities. One of the main partners of the university is the regional employment center. The center systematically informs enterprises and institutions about the situation on the labor market in the field of education and private business. Close interaction with the center allows you to effectively develop, update and revise the educational programs of the university, plan the personnel support of the EP, organize work on the employment of graduates. A career center aimed at developing a system of interaction between employers and the University, which contributes to the formation of the necessary professional and socio-personal competencies of graduates to support and assist in employment at the University. The op plans activities for the employment of graduates. At the end of the academic year, a report is drawn up on employment activities for the year in the graduate EP.

The head of the center analyzes the reports of the EP on employment, recommendations for improvement and draws up a general report on the employment of graduates. Thanks to the close interaction of the University with enterprises of the region and the region, young specialists are given a unique opportunity to undergo industrial practice at the intended workplace. Further, the practice of internships with employment is applied.

The demand of graduates in the labor market is one of the most important indicators of the quality of Education. The organization and conduct of work on the employment of graduates is carried out in accordance with the action plan. In the organization and conduct of work on the employment of graduates, the following forms are used: participation of students in job fairs, the "open day", close cooperation with the Departments of education of cities and districts of the region. The main purpose of these events is state and social support for graduates, meeting the need for personnel of enterprises and organizations of the region. 

Every year, graduate students take part in job fairs organized by the KSU "center for the development of youth initiatives" of the Department of Information and public development of Pavlodar region, which allow bachelors to independently navigate the labor market, choose a place of work, including through direct interaction with a potential employer.

One of the tasks of the EP, which trains bachelors in the specialty 6B01811 "social pedagogy and pedagogical support in education", is to establish feedback.

Since training in this EP is carried out for only 2 years, the employment of students of dual training is only planned. The management of the OP pays attention to further employment through direct and feedback with the labor market, which makes it possible to monitor the compliance of strategic plans with real demand in the educational services market.
