Dual training

Since the 2022-2023 academic year, a dual training system has been introduced into the educational process in the specialty 6b01811 "social pedagogy and pedagogical support in education". On the basis of this system, groups with training in Kazakh and Russian languages were opened on the basis of Vet and VPO.

Dual training is a form of Personnel Training that combines training in educational organizations with mandatory stages of industrial training and professional practice at the enterprise (organization) with the provision of jobs and payment of compensation to students, if the responsibility of the enterprise (organization), educational institution and Student (Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan) is equal.

In accordance with this, the introduction of elements of dual training at the university is aimed at implementing a form of training of pedagogical personnel that combines training at the University with industrial training and professional practice in educational organizations that have the necessary resources under the equal responsibility of the university, educational organization and student.

The introduction of elements of dual training at the university is designed to bring the level of training of teachers closer to the needs of employers, improve the quality of professional training, strengthen the connection of training with practice, the education system, and develop social partnership.

The introduction of elements of dual training is carried out in two formats:

– on the basis of general secondary education-theoretical training is carried out on the basis of the University, Industrial Training - on the basis of the educational organization-on the dates established by the lesson schedule;

-On the basis of vet and VPO-theoretical and industrial training is carried out simultaneously on the basis of the University and educational organization.

To organize and conduct dual training, the University together with the deans of higher Schools, Heads of educational institutions:

- concludes and signs contracts with educational organizations on dual training;

- enters into a tripartite agreement with students for the provision of educational services on the basis of Vet and ES, with educational organizations;

- issues an order for admission / transfer of students to the form of dual training;

- develops and approves the academic calendar.

The organization of the educational process with elements of dual training includes theoretical, industrial training and professional experience. When studying disciplines, 40% of the educational material is mastered during the period of industrial training and 60% of the educational material of the discipline is studied at the University.

On the basis of the dual training agreement, the educational organization approves a mentor for the student to guide industrial training and professional practice. Up to 5 students can be assigned to the mentor.

Remuneration of Mentors is carried out by the University according to the approved norms.

Educational institutions of Pavlodar region participate in the training together: Secondary School No. 7, secondary school No. 29, Secondary School No. 12 named after Kalizhan Bekhozhin, Bayanaul secondary boarding school named after shaken Aimanov.
