Erasmus+ teaching staff academic mobility competition
Dear colleagues
The non-profit limited company “Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after Alkey Margulan” is a partner in Erasmus+ mobility projects coordinated by the University of Rzeszów (Rzeszów, Poland) and the University of Western Macedonia (Kozani, Greece).
Our participation in the projects provides us with the opportunity to implement academic mobility for the teaching staff (one lecturer to the University of Rzeszów and one to the University of Western Macedonia).
The academic mobility of the teaching staff to the University of Rzeszów must take place between October 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026. The period of stay at the University of Rzeszów should be 5 days, from Monday to Friday, excluding travel days (travel should be planned for weekends). During their stay at the host university, the lecturer must deliver lectures totaling 8 hours.
Upon arrival at the University of Rzeszów, the lecturer will receive partial reimbursement for travel expenses (calculated using the distance calculator supported by the European Commission) as well as €148 for each day of stay in Poland (see the Financial Rules document).
Detailed information about the University of Rzeszów can be found at the following link: https://www.ur.edu.pl/en/home
The academic exchange of the teaching staff to the University of Western Macedonia must be completed by May 31, 2025. The academic mobility period is 5 working days (Monday to Friday). The lecturer will receive financial compensation of €1,940 (€1,120 for individual support and €820 for travel expenses). Accommodation is not provided. After submitting the required documents to the host university, 80 % of the funding will be transferred to the lecturer’s bank account. The remaining 20 % will be transferred upon their return to Kazakhstan after sending the requested documents to the academic mobility coordinator at the University of Western Macedonia (see the document International Mobility Staff).
