Teacher's practice: analytical report on the implementation of new approaches in teaching and learning

The teacher has to face such difficulties in his practice , as some students are given this subject easily, while others are not. Each teacher tries to solve this problem by applying different methods of work. One of these approaches is group work.

Working in a group helps to develop speech, thinking, understanding and problem solving in collaboration with more capable students, and creates a good team spirit. Here the student does not study in isolation, but works together, which helps him to work on himself. Working in a group helped my students to come together, open up and show their abilities. The group form of work is very effective, because working in groups, students benefit from collaboration with different people. In addition, in the course of group work in the classroom , in order to increase the cognitive interest of students , the following features are observed: the use of different strategies. For example, the strategy of critical thinking involves working in groups, while the strategy of interactive learning confirms that children learn effectively when they are actively involved in discussions and discussions. Thus, the essence of collaborative (group) collaborative learning involves a way of working based on respect, recognition of the abilities and personal contributions of each member of the group.

Group forms of work allow you to create closer contacts between students than in traditional forms of training. It is in the group that reflection is taught, that is, the ability to look into yourself, at your activities from the outside, understand what you are doing and evaluate your actions. Learning in a group allows all students to actively participate in the learning process, to work together with each other to achieve a positive result.
