Educational program « Russian Language and Literature»
In the process of mastering the EP “Russian Language and Literature”, “Russian Language and Literature in Schools with a Non-Russian Language of Instruction”, the disciplines of general education, methodological, linguistic and literary cycles are studied. All studied disciplines are associated with the updated content of the school curriculum in the Russian language and literature and serve to prepare a qualified, modern teacher.
EP teachers and students regularly participate in international and republican scientific conferences. In addition, the Higher School of Humanities annually organizes scientific conferences on the basis of the PPU. So, in 2019-2020. an international scientific and practical conference "The Idea of Eurasianism in World Culture" was held, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of P.N. Vasiliev and the sectional session of the XVI intra-university scientific conference "The potential of youth in a new society: the quality of education and science."
The Higher School of Humanities, which implements training in the EP "Russian Language and Literature", "Russian Language and Literature in Schools with a Non-Russian Language of Instruction", cooperates both with schools in the city of Pavlodar and Pavlodar region, and with higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad. Cooperation with schools makes it possible to follow the changes taking place in secondary education. The principals, head teachers and teachers of schools participate in the discussion of catalogs of elective disciplines of the EP. This allows you to enter in the catalogs the disciplines, the study of which is necessary for work in a modern school.
Cooperation with higher educational institutions serves the purpose of exchange of experience, provides an opportunity for the scientific development of teachers and students of EP. Among the universities with which cooperation has been established, one can name Abai KazNPU, ENU named after I. L.N. Gumilyov, Tobolsk Pedagogical Institute named after D. Mendeleev (Russia), Vitebsk State University named after P.A. Masherova (Belarus), Warmino-Mazury University (Olsztyn, Poland), etc.
The prospects of the EP “Russian language and literature”, “Russian language and literature in schools with non-Russian language of instruction” are associated with the further development of relations with schools in the city of Pavlodar and Pavlodar region; the introduction of new disciplines in EP, allowing graduates to acquire the competencies necessary to work in a modern school.
Educational programs have repeatedly occupied high places in the national ratings of the EP. So, in 2019, the Russian Language and Literature OP took second place in the rating of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".
