Office of Strategy and Quality Management

The main tasks of the Office are:

 

˗ participation in the University's development programme, the main strategic directions of the university development;

˗ coordinating the implementation of the main stages of the University Development Programme, monitoring the implementation of the University Development Programme considering the priority directions of the university's activities;

˗ ensuring the successful functioning and improvement of the internal quality assurance system;

˗ conducting sociological surveys and questionnaires aimed at improving the university's activities;

˗ coordinating the organisational support of the licensing procedure for the university's educational activities;

˗ organisation of work on external quality assessment of the university's activity: participation in institutional ratings; accreditation of the university and educational programmes.

 

Functions:

 

˗ monitoring the implementation of the University Development Programme;

˗ organising the development and updating of QMS documents;

˗ co-ordinating the activities of the University's structural units on quality assurance issues;

˗ organisation of work on re-issuing a licence, getting and re-issuing annexes to the licence to conduct educational activities of higher and postgraduate education;

˗ organisational, methodological and information support of institutional/specialised accreditation and licensing procedures;

˗ analysing the results of the HEI's rating assessment and developing measures to improve its position.
