EP "Pedagogy and methodology of primary education" together with the Department of Practice and Labor Management has been engaged in the employment of its graduates for many years.

Within the framework of this direction, on April 20, 2022, separate meetings were held with representatives of the departments of education of the city of Pavlodar.

During the meetings, students had the opportunity to ask questions about their future jobs and received appropriate answers. Graduates were provided with information about the demand for a primary school teacher vacancy in each district. Also, graduates received additional information, which included various bonuses and changes in hiring in 2022.

The result of these meetings was the annual, traditional for our university Job Fair. The event was attended by the Director of the Department of Academic Affairs, Dean of the Higher School of Pedagogy, heads of educational organizations of Pavlodar, representatives of the departments of education of Pavlodar region, heads of district departments of education of Pavlodar region.

At the end of the fair, students considered vacancies offered by employers. When distributing graduate students, the results of training were taken into account, as well as the wishes of the future specialists themselves and the working conditions offered by employers.

The employment of graduates is a significant indicator of the effectiveness of the university and the EP "Pedagogy and methodology of primary education". Our educational program pays great attention to promoting the employment of graduates, as evidenced by the high percentage of employed graduates, over 90%.
