The teaching staff includes two doctors of pedagogical sciences Alinova M.S. and Burdina E.I., graduates of Pavlodar Pedagogical University – Alezhanova A.E., Baltasheva P.N., Trubetskaya K.I.
The educational programs "Art work, graphics and design", "Art work and drawing", "Fine Art and drawing", "Vocational training" train teachers of art work, graphics and design, teachers of fine art and drawing, teachers of additional education, teachers of general technical and special disciplines with high-quality knowledge in the subject area research and entrepreneurial skills.
In the process of mastering the EP "Art work, graphics and design", "Art work and drawing", "Fine art and drawing", "Vocational training", the disciplines of general education, basic and profiling cycles are studied.
The subjects studied are related to the updated content of the school curriculum for artistic work, graphics and design and serve to train a qualified, modern teacher.
Teachers and students of the EP regularly participate in international and republican scientific conferences, creative competitions, meetings in museums of the city, exhibitions of creative works, fashion shows of clothing collections. Image events, open days, excursions to academic buildings, workshops and art studios of the university are held for graduates of schools of the city and the region, their parents.

The material and technical base of the EP includes two educational sewing workshops, an educational and production workshop for processing wood and metal, two art studios, a sculpture studio. Educational sewing workshops are equipped with universal, special sewing machines "Juki", "Janome", "Citizen", "Butterfly", "Bernina", equipped with places for ironing and manual sewing work.
