The purpose of the educational program "6B01310 - Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education" is to prepare primary school teachers for professional activities in accordance with the qualification characteristics.
Graduates of our educational program carry out professional activities aimed at pedagogical support of the educational process, personal and social development of students; promotes socialization and the formation of a common culture of the individual, conscious choice and development of educational programs; promotes the protection of individual rights; contributes to the harmonization of the social sphere of the educational institution; takes measures to form the pedagogical culture of students, teachers and parents; develops developmental and correctional programs of educational activities, taking into account the characteristics of the individual; conducts pedagogical diagnostics of various profiles, the necessary psychological and pedagogical correction; provides pedagogical support to creatively gifted students.
Teachers and students of the EP regularly participate in international and republican scientific conferences. In addition, the Higher School of Pedagogy annually organizes scientific conferences on the basis of the PPU.
The Higher School of Pedagogy, which implements training in the EP "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education", cooperates both with schools in the city of Pavlodar and the Pavlodar region, and with higher educational institutions in Kazakhstan, near and far abroad. The prospects of the EP "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education" are associated with the further development of relations with schools in the city of Pavlodar and Pavlodar region; the introduction of new disciplines in the EP, allowing graduates to acquire the competencies necessary to work in a modern elementary school.
As part of the implementation of the memorandum concluded between the Innovation Center for the Development of Education of the Pavlodar Region and NJSC Pavlodar Pedagogical University, from September 1, the university began to train future teachers in a dual form of education in the most popular specialties in the Pavlodar region.

The main goal of this project is to prepare qualified and competent graduates who will not only have basic skills in the field of education, but also those who would be able to get involved in work from the first days after graduation and would perform it at a high professional level.
Currently, 16 full-time teachers work in the OP "Pedagogy and Methods of primary Education", including 6 candidates of sciences, 7 expert teachers, 3 teachers.
Graduates of the EP "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education" can also continue their education in the magistracy in the specialty "Training teachers of non-subject specialization."
The purpose of the educational program of the master's program "M003 - Training of teachers without subject specialization" is to train highly qualified teaching staff who are in demand on the labor market, able to competently organize various models of primary school education, develop and support the implementation of educational programs of primary school education at the level of the requirements of the state standard of education; formation of key and special competencies of masters with high social and civic responsibility, able to carry out professional activities; formation of systematic knowledge in the field of pedagogical disciplines and the use of innovative technologies for studying general patterns.
