The educational program has a trajectory Natural Science. Recently, various kinds of non-scientific types of knowledge have become increasingly widespread. Therefore, it is important to establish natural science knowledge in society. We are talking about mastering the basic concepts in physics, chemistry, biology and other natural sciences, gaining an understanding of the most important schools and directions in the development of modern natural science. This trajectory provides an opportunity to develop a natural-scientific way of thinking and a holistic worldview in future teachers, which will help them master the teaching profession better. Completing the course will allow graduates to teach Natural Science in secondary schools.

The educational program was developed within the framework of the project “Implementation of the model of pedagogical education and strengthening of its content”.The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the World Bank, involved 16 experts from Finland ( HAMK and JAMK ), 11 experts from Nazarbayev University, 25 pedagogical developers and 80 members of institutional teams from 17 universities in different regions of Kazakhstan .

The program was developed on the basis of the integration of biological science, methods of teaching school biology and methods of organizing additional education in the biological field.
Biological knowledge underlies the development of landscape design, healthy nutrition, museology and local history, paleontology, pharmacological and microbiological industry, agriculture and forestry, food and processing industry, environmental protection. In this regard, the organization and conduct of additional education in the biological direction is relevant.

- The section of mineralogy and petrography introduces the history of the formation of the relief of the Pavlodar region.
- The section of paleontology introduces the stages of life formation on Earth. It presents a variety of extinct organisms, prints, fossilized remains of plants and animals, revealing the paleontological record of the Earth;
